We’re getting CEEriously BIG – SEC Newgate merges agencies in Poland

SEC Newgate CEE absorbs SEC Newgate Polska (former Martis Consulting) and creates one team, a 50-person team to handle full-service local and foreign projects. As a result, it is becoming one of the largest agency teams in Central and Eastern Europe.

The merger will strengthen the position of SEC Newgate on the Polish market and in the CEE region and provide the clients with access to a wide range of experts.

After the merger, SEC Newgate CEE will have 50 consultants specialising in strategic communication, crisis consulting, Public Affairs, financial and investor communication, including IR and ESG, as well as the consumer communication.

The former President of the Management Board of SEC Newgate Polska, Maciej Powroźnik, becomes the Managing Partner of SEC Newgate CEE and will develop the agency’s offer in financial communication, investor relations and PR of listed companies, as well as ESG reporting. The team led by him will also provide services for the industrial sector.

“The initiative is a natural consolidation process of two entities from one capital group, operating largely on the same market. With such enhanced potential, we can comprehensively serve even the largest customers in Poland and as a HUB for CEE markets.” – Sebastian Hejnowski, President of the Management Board of SEC Newgate CEE

“Thanks to the combination of the resources and talents of both companies, we will provide our clients with a wide range of services. For our employees, it is an opportunity for further development in an international environment.” – Maciej Powroźnik, President of the Management Board of SEC Newgate Polska

The new shape of company will also have a new headquarters – from March, the teams of the combined agencies will work in the office at 17 Wiejska Street to accelerate integration and create synergies between the previously competitive companies from the portfolio of the SEC Newgate group.
