2023 has been a year of significant successes, major investments, and changes that have paved the way for our continued growth.
The acquisition of SEC Newgate Polska (formerly Martis Consulting) and the successful integration of teams have made us one of the largest agency teams in Central and Eastern Europe. Today, we operate in Poland as a unified, strong structure with over 50 consultants and a dedicated management team.
Leaders of SEC Newgate CEE have been recognized for the rapid development and market success of the agency. Sebastian Hejnowski has assumed the role of Head of Eastern EMEA within the global structures of SEC Newgate Group, while Zofia Bugajna-Kasdepke has taken on the role of CEO of SEC Newgate CEE.
Our new office on Wiejska Street has become not only a comfortable workspace but also a hub for team integration. This has translated into high morale and job satisfaction, as reflected in our EVP surveys:
