Katarzyna Tyska promoted to Managing Partner

Katarzyna Tyska has been promoted to Managing Partner at SEC Newgate CEE. Previously, she held the position of Account Director and led the Real Estate team. Today, her responsibilities include developing the company’s business, expanding the team and developing its competencies in areas related to culture, art, design, architecture, real estate and construction.

Katarzyna Tyska has been with SEC Newgate CEE since December 2022. From the outset, she has been responsible for strategic consulting and client support in the area of public relations, with an emphasis on corporate, crisis and product communication. Initially, she specialised in projects related to the construction and real estate industries, but over time she expanded the department to include projects related to culture, often combining these two areas in unique image-building projects, such as STRABAG’s ‘Budujemy Klimat Kultury’ (Building a Climate for Culture) programme, which supports selected cultural institutions in Poland.

She successfully creates and implements communication programmes, while ensuring high quality services and long-term, partnership-based relationships with clients. She manages a team of consultants serving clients such as STRABAG, Archicom, Archicom Collection and Renters. Her team’s portfolio includes projects for Skanska Residential Development, Panattoni, Harden Construction and Danfoss. In addition, over the past year, the team of the new Managing Partner of SEC Newgate CEE has undertaken communication projects in the fields of culture, art and design, such as the ‘Wyobraź Sobie’ competition for the best treatment, the Kunszt programme, the opening of the Craftica Gallery and exhibitions of new Polish craftsmanship at NOMAD Circle in St. Moritz and Salone del Mobile in Milan, and the ‘Otwieramy się!’ programme. Contemporary Art Centre Ujazdowski Castle, Harry Potter™: The Exhibition, and the 20th anniversary of the Warsaw Film School.

Katarzyna Tyska specialises in complex communication projects. She has gained nearly 20 years of professional experience working with global corporations and large Polish companies. Her client portfolio includes PGE Energia Ciepła, PGE, Viessmann, Royal Canin, OtoDom, HRS, Zell am See-Kaprun, VisitBerlin, 4F, TK Maxx, Tissot, E.Wedel, Kinder Pingui, Danone, Sanofi, Alpen Pharma, and PAIiIZ.

Previously, she worked for Testa Communications, where she provided PR services to clients and managed a team of consultants.

The results of her work are appreciated by clients and the PR industry, as evidenced by the awards she has received, including 3 Złote Spinacze awards, 2 IPRA Golden World Awards, Stevie Awards, Summit Creative Awards, Golden Arrow, 2 Galaxy Awards, Summit Marketing Effectiveness Award, Demes.

She reports directly to Zofia Bugajna-Kasdepke, Founding Partner/CEO of SEC Newgate CEE.
