SEC Newgate CEE agency is intensively expanding its Public Affairs offering and expanding its team, which today already includes 19 specialized PA consultants. Among those who have joined the agency are Małgorzata Stanowska, Michał Kozaczyński, Bartłomiej Baran, Juliusz Sienkiewicz, Michał Szachniewicz and Jan Pabisiak.
SEC Newgate CEE is a strategic consulting firm in the Corporate & Public Affairs area, one of its leading specialties is managing difficult cases. Today it employs more than 50 consultants, including a 19-member PA team. In just three years SEC Newgate CEE has built a position as one of the TOP10 agencies in Poland (PRESS magazine’s PR Check Report), at the same time one of the fastest growing (year-on-year growth is 53%). For the campaign implemented for WBD TVN “Lex TVN”, SEC Newgate was recognized internationally: it won two ICCO Global Awards for the best PA campaign and best crisis management, and was in the finals of the PR Week Global Awards. Today, she is dynamically developing the portfolio of companies she works for in the PA field, including WBD TVN, Amazon, Nestle, Strabag, among others.
SEC Newgate CEE specializes in developing PA strategies and programs, lobbying and regulatory affairs. In addition, through the work of in-house analysts, it provides clients with current information on ongoing legislative activities, creates dedicated reports on companies, stakeholders and regulatory processes. The Warsaw office works closely with SEC Newgate in Brussels, which handles EU Affairs. In 2025, SEC Newgate CEE will play a key role for the region in connection with the Polish presidency of the European Union.

Małgorzata Stanowska has taken on the position of Managing Partner. At SEC Newgate CEE, she will develop expertise in the TMT (tech, media & telecommunications) sector.
Stanowska is a public policy and communications expert and manager with more than 20 years of experience in building government and international relations. She specializes in leading complex, strategic projects working with new technologies. She worked as Head of Public Policy at UBER, where she managed the PA area for the CEE region, and was also Public Policy Manager at Amazon Operations and Senior Government Relations Manager at Huawei. Her earlier career includes agency experience – she was Head of Public Affairs at MSL for over six years, and also worked for The Partners (former Partners of Promotions). She gained high standards of work and experience while working for ten years for the United Nations agency – the World Bank Office for Central Europe and the Baltics and the World Bank headquarters in Washington, DC. She holds a degree in international relations from Warsaw University and a degree in humanities from Lund University.

Michał Kozaczyński as taken the position of Senior Advisor. He is an expert in corporate communications, crisis and public affairs with more than 15 years of experience in advising major international companies in the legal, energy, financial, industrial, defense and professional business services industries. From 2016 to 2024 he worked at the international law firm Baker McKenzie where he was responsible for external communications, key stakeholder relations and strategic marketing projects. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, he worked at, among others, Edelman Polska, Viewpoint Group and CEC Government Relations agencies, where he led corporate communications, crisis and public affairs projects. He is a lecturer at the Faculty of Business at the University of Economics and Humanities in Warsaw. He graduated from the University of Warsaw with a degree in international relations.

Bartłomiej Baran has taken the position of Advisor. He is a lawyer and legislator. He gained experience in managerial positions in the Ministry of Development and Technology, as well as in the Office of the Ombudsman for Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurs, the European Parliament, in cooperation with public authorities and in numerous think tanks and non-governmental organizations.
He graduated with honors from the University of Warsaw with a degree in law, and completed postgraduate managerial studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and corporate financial management at the Leon Koźmiński Academy. Graduate of the legislative application at the Government Legislation Center. Member of the Polish Legislation Society.

Juliusz Sienkiewicz has taken the position of Account Executive. A consultant specializing in developing in-depth analyses and reports based on desk-research and social listening tools. He also has experience gained in communications consulting mainly for entities related to the FMCG industry. On behalf of the agency’s clients, she cooperates with industry organizations and academia, implementing, among others, the Nestle for Science program. He has been working in public relations since 2023, where he supports clients also in the real estate sector on a daily basis in terms of day-to-day service and reporting. He studied anthropology and sociology, which he completed at the University of Aberdeen.

Jan Pabisiak has taken up the position of Junior Consultant PA. A lawyer, he was a trainee with the EPP Group in the European Parliament and a program assistant at the Jan Nowak-Jezioranski College of Eastern Europe. He graduated in law and international relations from the College of Europe in Bruges and the University of Wroclaw.

Michał Szachniewicz has assumed the position of Junior Consultant PA. He has experience in advising companies in the financial and new technology industries. In his career, he has participated in the process of legal consulting for both insurance industry entities and new technology startups.
As part of his work at the agency, he analyzes the legislative process and creates stakeholder mappings. His specialty related to his legal education is business law.
