Meet SEC Newgate CEE’s new Affilliate Partner – Agnieszka Oleksyn-Wajda, who will support our agency as legal and business advisor in context of ESG.
Agnieszka is attorney at law with several years of experience in advising within KPMG. Since 2021, she’s been designated by European Commission to be a Polish EU Climate Pact Ambassador.
Agnieszka is the Director of Sustainability & Environment Institute at Łazarski University. She is the head of postgraduate studies in Environmental Protection Law and in Law in New Technology Business.
The fashion and beauty sector forms a significant part of her professional experience. Agnieszka is the co-creator of Business and Law in Fashion Segment Academy at Łazarski University. As a representative of this University as an organization supporting Fashion Industry Charter for Climate Action under the aegis of United Nations – Agnieszka was a member of Working Group 6 Promoting Broader Climate Action. Currently she is a member of UN Global Compact Network Poland round table for regulations on circular and sustainable textile sector, a member of Sustainable Fashion Consumption international group and a vice president of the Association of the Fashion Industry Entrepreneurs Lewiatan. Moreover, Agnieszka is an author of publications, reports and analyses about sustainable development in fashion and beauty industry. She is a conference speaker, supports educational campaigns, conducts training and creates events that are a platform for business and education.
