GENXONE

CLIENT
INTRODUCTION

The first laboratory in Poland and one of the first ten in the world to use nanopore sequencing technology in multiple areas of science, business and medicine.

2.

THE
CHALLENGE

The company needed professional support during the IPO process at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. As a start-up which successfully scaled up its operations during the first months of the pandemic, the company was virtually unknown at the beginning of cooperation and needed to build a higher profile.

3.

ACTIVITIES

Our Team developed a communication strategy for the 6 months directly preceding the IPO, as well as designed and helped create the company’s Investor Relations department. We wrote the equity story, presentations for investors, we designed and developed the website of the IR department and planned its regular presence in the media. Following the successful debut, we made sure that the company continues its transparent communication with the market to maintain the interest of investors in the long-term.

OUTCOME

The communication strategy and the tools used to implement it brough huge interest in the company’s debut. The company became one of the stars of the coronavirus-fuelled bull market. It was also the biggest IPO on the NewConnect market, the WSE’s alternative trading system, in 2020. On the back on this success, the company extended the cooperation with the agency for another 2.5 years (still ongoing). Thanks to the effective IR communication, the fall in the company’s market cap amid the challenging macroeconomic environment in 2022 has been far smaller than the market average.
