INTRODUCTION

Boryszew Group is one of the largest industrial groups in Poland, with production facilities located in 11 countries worldwide.

THE
CHALLENGE

We were tasked with the creation and implementation of a communication strategy covering both investor relations and public relations activities for the Group and for its parent company – Boryszew, a WSE-listed company.

ACTIVITIES

We have been responsible for the Group’s investor relations, public relations, and internal and external communication activities since the Group’s beginnings. We stay in regular contact and organise meetings with analysts and investors dealing with the company in Poland and abroad. We provide support for reporting and publication of financial statements, and draft press releases and investor presentations. We develop communication plans with the capital market and monitor analysts’ reports and recommendations, create analyses of changes in the regulatory environment, provide support in the preparation of the company’s website. When needed, we also deal with crisis communication. On an ongoing basis, we conduct image marketing activities in traditional and social media of Boryszew Group and its own brand Borygo.

Consistent implementation of the strategy and ongoing communication in line with current market trends have allowed us to build a strong, recognisable brand that enjoys respect and trust of both customers and investors.
