An entrepreneur, PR and advertising expert with 20 years of experience. Sebastian co-founded and managed the MSL agency and its operations in the CEE market. He was the CEO of Leo Burnett agency and a member of Publicis Groupe’s Executive Committee in Poland in 2017–2020. He was on a jury of marketing competitions, incl. Golden Drum, Cristal Festival and Złote Spinacze. He is an academic lecturer and a book author. He is a co-founder of the apartment rental service Renters.pl.

Zofia is an expert with nearly 20 years of experience in communications consulting, strategy development and the implementation of PR and marketing projects. She is an award-winning public relations practitioner with over 20 awards and recognitions, including the 2015 and 2019 Eastern Europe Consultancy of the Year, EFFIE, IPRA, SABRE, and European Excellence Awards. She has also served as a juror at almost all creative competitions in the CEE region and several other festivals like Dubai Lynx (The United Arab Emirates), The Davos Digital Award (Switzerland), Golden Drum (Slovenia), Cristal Festival (France).
For a decade, Zofia held several managerial positions at Publicis Groupe – she was a Managing Director of MSL and then in charge of the company’s business development in the CEE. She opened offices in the Czech Republic and Turkey and integrated teams in Romania, Bulgaria, and Slovenia. Zofia’s professional experience also includes working for global agencies – Edelman and Havas. Based on her extensive experience, she decided to set up her own company. After three months, her startup entered the global SEC Newgate network. In just 12 months, her agency became one the largest PR company in Poland and an important hub on the CEE markets.
She is an expert of THINKTANK – Centre for Dialogue and Analysis. As a female leader, she strives to support women and minorities in both their professional and personal development. Zofia is a mentor of the Women Leadership in Business Foundation and as an activist, she has been working for the foundation for many years.

He has over eighteen years of professional experience, which he gained by implementing dozens of projects for clients from the energy, real estate, industrial, public and health sectors. He took care of the image of CEOs and supported management boards in preparing communication plans complementary to their development strategies.
Before joining SEC Newgate CEE, Bartek Kupiec worked for over four years at MSL, mainly for clients in the health and energy fields. Previously, he supported the Partner of Promotion agency team for over 6 years, implementing projects for the real estate, industry, and public sectors. He gained his first touch as a PR specialist in CrossMedia and ComPress agencies. His projects were winners of Polish and foreign industry competitions, such as Golden Clips, SABRE Awards or Magellan Awards.

Since 2013, she has been implementing strategic PR and IR communication projects for clients from the IT, automotive, property development, industrial, and transport sectors (including Mennica Polska, Strabag, EDF, Action S.A., Track Tec, Ruch S.A., LOTOS Group).
She combined her passion for sport with work between 2014 and 2016 when she was the press officer for three consecutive editions of the WTA Katowice Open tennis tournament.
Previously, at the publishing house PMG Polskie Media S.A., as a brand manager, she was responsible for PR and promotional activities of the WPROST weekly and the FILM monthly. She was also in charge of marketing activities for the launch of Bloomberg Businessweek magazine on the Polish market and the organization of key events for the publishing house. She took her first steps in PR in the cinema chain Cinema City Poland and IMAX.

Katarzyna Tyska specializes in complex communication projects and has nearly 15 years of professional experience. For the last years, she was associated with Testa Communications agency, where she managed a team of several consultants. She has worked with, among others: PGE Energia Ciepła, PGE, Viessmann, Royal Canin, OtoDom, HRS, Zell am See-Kaprun, VisitBerlin, 4F, TK Maxx, Tissot, E.Wedel, Kinder Pingui, Danone, Sanofi, Alpen Pharma, PAIiIZ. Agata has been in the advertising industry since 2006, working as a copywriter and creative group head at Leo Burnett, MullenLowe Warsaw, JWT, LemonSky, Scholz & Friends Warsaw. She has successfully created advertising campaigns for the local and international market for clients such as Nestle, Unilever, PKO BP, Pernod Ricard, IKEA, Suzuki, Mazda, ORLEN, Maspex, Carlsberg, Grupa Żywiec, Polkomtel, Samsung, Orange. Since 2014 Agata has been creating campaigns for the jewellery brand W. Kruk, writing scripts and directing all advertising films of the brand. She actively supports NGOs, especially those related to the empowerment of girls and women. She was Chief Commercial Officer at the “Kosmos dla Dziewczynek” Foundation.
Jagoda Prętnicka-Markiewicz has extensive marketing experience gained from working at advertising agencies (180heartbeats + JUNG v MATT, Brand New Galaxy, People Group) and in public relations (Headlines-Porter Novelli, Edelman).
For six years, she developed the SentiOne platform (Social Media Listening & Conversational AI Platform). She specializes in social media analysis and online communication.
Jagoda is a speaker at leading marketing conferences in Poland, including Infoshare, I <3 Marketing, Golden Marketing Conference, inDigital, and Internet Beta. She is the co-author of numerous reports, analyses, and industry articles based on social media data.
In 2018, Jagoda was recognized as one of the 50 Most Creative in Business by Brief Magazine for creating the Social Index (an algorithm that estimates popularity and ranks individuals and companies based on internet monitoring).

Communications manager with nearly 20 years of experience in the healthcare, biotechnology, finance and real estate sectors.
She manages the implementation of complex projects in cooperation with private and public entities in the area of corporate and product communication, media relations and ESG, both for private and public sector companies. She has extensive experience of working with medical companies in areas of psychiatry, surgical robotics, bariatrics and balneology.
She participated in the implementation of the comprehensive Communication and Promotion Strategy “Preparation for the Construction of High Speed Railways” and in the development of integrated annual reports and CSR strategies for LOTOS Group.
She worked as a journalist for the business magazine Home&Market, where she was responsible for the production of materials related to insurance, banking and topics related to women in business. Krzysztof is an energy, infrastructure, and sustainable development expert. He graduated from law and political science at the University of Warsaw, and political economy at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
He worked for a leading consultancy on optimising projects for oil & gas companies. Between 2013-2020 he was responsible for the analysis of the business and regulatory environment and contacts with the key stakeholders as a PA manager at the Polish Energy Group (PGE). Since 2020, he has been working for the gas industry, dealing with the adjustment of the Polish Oil& Gas Company (PGNiG) to the requirements of the European Union methane policy and ESG.

Agnieszka is an attorney at law with several years of experience in advising within KPMG. Since 2021, she’s been designated by European Commission to be a Polish EU Climate Pact Ambassador.

The fashion and beauty sector forms a significant part of her professional experience. Agnieszka is the co-creator of Business and Law in Fashion Segment Academy at Łazarski University. Currently, she is a member of UN Global Compact Network Poland round table for regulations on circular and sustainable textile sector, a member of Sustainable Fashion Consumption international group and a vice president of the Association of the Fashion Industry Entrepreneurs Lewiatan.

Monika has almost 15 years of work experience in project coordination for Polish and international clients/investors.Before joined SEC Newgate CEE in 2021 among others she worked for 9 years in MSL (part of Publicis Groupe) and for 4 years in architecture office nsMoonStudio. Monika’s super skills are: contract negotiations, tenders and public procurement, new business procedures, preparation of various reports and budgets for internal and external use. She has worked for multiple brands at local and regional level where she has estimated and supervised the execution of complex communication projects.
